Adult Gymnastics Air Tracks

Here are a couple recommendations specifically for us Adult Gymnasts. If you aren’t familiar with Air Tracks, here is an explanation of Air Tracks and their benefits.  If you’d like to research them on your own, here is our Buying Guide that will explain what to look for.

Brands

The two brands we like the most on Amazon are FBSPORT and AKSPORT.  Both have great reviews, they come with all the accessories you’d need to get started, and they come in the sizes you’ll want.

Sizes

The minimum length you want for a tumbling pass is 16 ft (5 m).  If you can fit something longer and it’s in your budget, get a 20 ft or longer.

Both brands we recommend start at a 3.3 ft (1 m) width and then also have a double width, 6.6 ft (2 m).  Here again, the 3.3 ft is fine, but if you can fit and afford the 6.6 ft, go for it.

Thickness is going to be 4 inch or 8 inch.  This will be more a personal preference choice.  If you are intermediate to advanced, go with the 4 inch.  If you are a beginner, get an 8 inch.

Pricing

As the Air Track gets bigger, so does the price.  When checking them out on Amazon, one size may have different color options and each color may have a different price, so make sure to check them all out.

At the time of this writing, we see an FBSPORT, 16ft x 3.3ft x 4 inch for $269 with a $50 coupon, for an end price of $219.

AKSPORT has the same thing, but 8 inch thick for $350.

Here is a 20 ft x 3.3 ft x 4 inch for $270.

As long as you are not picky about the color, they can be very affordable!
